EMME Inc. culminates the celebration of Emme’s Island Moments 15th Anniversary by once again bringing to Hawaii’s television viewers “Emme’s Christmas Island Moments”. Filmed in the intimate Road Runner Music Hall before a live studio audience, Emme’s musical guests include Willie K, Na Leo, John Cruz, Ernie Cruz, Jr., Jimmy Borges, Pauline Wilson, Voices of Praise, Jasmine Trias, Jordan Segundo and the Ke Alaula Halau. Senator Brickwood Galuteria, Al Waterson, comedian Augie T. and KSSK’s Perry and Price all make cameo appearances. During this anniversary special, we also look back at some of Emme’s favorite moments of Christmas Past. In addition to the unforgettable holiday music and merriment, Emme’s guests will be supporting Hawaii’s keiki with gift donations to Toys for Tots.

Willie K, who has participated in many of Emme's Island Moments reflects, “Emme's Island Moments is really about the aloha spirit that Emme always shares with the people of Hawaii, how she makes ALL the people here in Hawaii feel very important telling their stories big and small. Each Island Moment brings a new story that most of our islanders don't know about, so each Island Moment segment becomes a new journey not just for guests on the show as they share their deepest thoughts, but for viewers, as well, who become inspired by them.” We’ll be presenting a musical montage of Willie K’s “O Holy Night” as he’s sang it on our Christmas Island Moments show for the past decade and a half.

As mentioned, we also feature a very special halau “Ke Alaula”, women inmates from the Women’s Community Correctional Center. As Emme explains, “The women are part of a Hina Mauka Rehabilitation Program. The use hula and their halau for team and character building. They teach us that we are all imperfect but we cheer one another on to better our station in life, especially those who have lost their way.”
